2017 Annual Meeting Information

The 2017 Annual Meeting of the HOA was well attended last night. The quorum requirement was met between the people that attended and the proxy votes turned in, which means officers were also selected for Board positions. Both Rachael Marker and Rachel Porter will be returning to the Board in their current positions, and Sara Birkett Coallier is the newest Board Member, serving as Member at Large. She is your liaison to the Board.

The guest speakers answered many questions regarding the E Division school. Information links will be added to the website as we get them.

Thank you to all who participated either directly or through a proxy. Now that we have a year of growing pains under out belts, the Board is looking forward to filling out the committees, creating new ones, increasing transparency, thus involving more homeowners in the governance of our great community. Many hands make light work.
