Paying Online

 

 

 

 

 

The easiest and quickest way to pay is through Trestle Community Management website.

 

If you do not know your account number, it will be on a document you were mailed from the Trestle Community Management when you purchased your home, otherwise, you can get it by emailing the Community Manager at cam@skagithighlandshoa.org.

 

On the website, you can also view all your account info, payment history, violations, etc.

Other Payment Methods

 

There are several ways for homeowners to pay to Trestle Community Management. Trestle has an online system to take both credit cards or direct withdrawal from your bank account. Homeowners can also set up an ACH payment using a form that can be downloaded within your Trestle account. Homeowners can set up an electronic payment from your bank using the account information provided by Trestle. Lastly, homeowners can pay by check and it directly. Please create an account and login to the Trestle Community Management website for all the various ways to pay dues. You can access this member portal area here.

Monthly Assessment

is due on the first of each month.
