2017 Annual Meeting

The Skagit Highlands HOA Board of Directors has called a meeting of the members of the Association to hold the Annual Homeowner’s meeting.

The meeting is set for:
DATE: Thursday, April 27, 2017
TIME: 5:30pm sign-in; 6:00pm start time
PLACE: Mt. Vernon Senior Center, 1401 Cleveland Street, Mount Vernon 98273

The main purpose of this meeting is to elect homeowners to the Board of Directors for a new term. There is no experience required to be a Board member. However, you must possess patience, cooperation, and a willingness to serve your community. There will be three (3) Board of Directors positions open. If you are interested in serving your community in this capacity, please complete a nomination form and return it to the management office before the meeting. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting.

If you will not be able to attend or if you are unsure if you will be able to come – we ask that you please complete the mailed proxy form and either give it to your designated proxy holder (who will be in attendance) or mail it back to The Management Trust Mount Vernon office address below no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. If you attend the Annual Meeting, your proxy will be canceled.
