05 Jul ROAD WORK BEING DONE 7/5 through 7/12

Quadrant is coming in to fix some road issues in our community. The work is being done on July 5 through July 12. Please be aware they will have flag personnel out to redirect, but it would be very much appreciated if you try not to park on the street. Most of the work, I’ve been told, is on the lower end of Timberridge and Buckhorn, but they may be doing other projects throughout the community. Sorry for the late notice, the HOA was informed extremely late (4 days ago) but we were not given the streets affected. NEW INFORMATION: I had a City Project Inspector and our ROW guy take a look at what is going on. Effective immediately, the work has been shut down until proper channels have been followed. Quadrant did not apply for a ROW permit nor have any approval to start this work. Once proper channeling of the work that needs to take place has been followed, the public will be notified and work will continue.
