22 Jul So You Want to Have a Garage Sale?

Here is what you need to know:
- Contact the community manager to let them know you will be having a garage sale. Give dates/times. Email at cam@skagithighlandshoa.org
- After the sale, you must remove all signs that may be posted as well as cleaning up your yard so there is no evidence of a garage sale.
- The sale has to be on your property only (not community or other people’s property without permission)
Per City Ordinance: You can only have 1 garage sale per quarter that lasts no longer than 3 days with hours between 8 am and 8 pm
